Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by webinar Delegate
For ipEssentia webinars, the delegates must register well in advance. This registration is deemed to be non-cancellable and non-refundable. Substitute delegates are welcome, with no extra fee payable provided informed (firstname.lastname@example.org) a week before the webinar.
Rescheduling of webinars by ipEssentia
On rare occasions, it may be necessary for ipEssentia to reschedule the webinar for which you have registered. We will inform you of such a decision at least one week in advance of the scheduled start date. In that case, if you want a refund of the amount paid, we will do that. However, we will not be liable for any other expenses incurred by the delegates in that respect.
Confirmation of Webinar Registration
Please check that you are registered. You should receive an email acknowledgment from ipEssentia. In case registration confirmation does not reach you within a few days of your registering you can contact us by phone (+91 8008555339 or +91 9820797387) or email (email@example.com).
Topic and speakers
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the topics or speakers may change, and ipEssentia reserves the right to alter the same.
All payments must be made in advance by bank transfer/cheque/draft at the time of online or offline registration.
